About

Creativity has always been Nada’s life force. From messy kindergarten masterpieces, imaginative play and dress ups with her sisters to soaking up the wild beauty of New Zealand’s West Coast, her childhood was a vibrant blend of colour, self-expression, and connection to the natural world. That early spark never faded. Now based in Melbourne, Nada shares her love of creativity and adventure with her husband, Kristof, and their son, Raphi.

After graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2004, Nada kicked off her teaching journey in New Zealand before heading abroad in 2005. Her career has since taken her into classrooms across the UK, Switzerland, and Australia. Along the way, she discovered a deep passion for teaching art and witnessed firsthand how creativity can transform learning and nurture wellbeing. While teaching in London, she found her way back to painting and went on to study Art and Play Therapy at Roehampton University, diving deeper into the power of creative expression as a tool for emotional growth.

These days, Nada juggles teaching with painting in her home studio. Working mainly with acrylics, she creates bold, joy-filled pieces inspired by nature, connection, and the beauty of being present. Her art invites viewers to pause, feel, and reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
